Colorado offers several routes to criminal-history information, but each custodian holds a different slice. The Phillips County Sheriff keeps local reports, booking and custody records, and warrant facts. Phillips Combined Court holds filed charges, docket activity, and dispositions. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation maintains statewide fingerprint-supported history. Corrections and registry records use separate state systems. The site gathers official request steps, contacts, published fees, and portal links in one county-focused reference.
